You can see the scars at the Hotel, needs a big refresh or a total remodel. ![]() what felt like 10 minutes was more than likely 3-4 waiting for the valet cashier to acknowledge me because she is on her DAM phone! Valet had no interest in providing speedy service they direct me to the cashier. Valet is the worst, they will judge you on the basis of what kind of car you drive to determine what kind of service they will give you. ![]() Use to have a Concierge, have the table for it, but none on staff. No warmth, no hospitality, unable to engage with the guest because they are talking to each other, and on their phones. Have experienced most of the upscale Hotels, this by far is the worst in the HEART of downtown Dallas! young, green, insignificant FD service agents, have no idea how to respond to even simple requests.
